    Proven SPRI chemistry is combined with the flexibility of the Beckman Coulter Biomek FXP liquid handler to revolutionize how next generation sequencing samples are prepared. All chemistry needed to prepare libraries is included in a kit formatted for high throughput processing. Also included are reagents to perform size selection, PCR setup and cleanup. The only thing left to do is add the DNA sample and adapter of choice.

    Simplicity and Flexibility in the Graphical User Interface

    The setup process to prepare up to 96 libraries takes less than 30 minutes of hands on time. The SPRIworks HT end-user provides input DNA and adaptors. All other reagents are included in the SPRIworks HT fragment library kit.

    Built-in SPRI Size Selection Chemistry and Clean-up

    The SPRI chemistry has been optimized to purify fragmented DNA and size select the prepared library. Three different size ranges are available, as well as no size selection for processing amplicons. This feature replaces the need for gel purification and column based clean-up.
    Short Fragments 150-350 bp (insert sizes)

    Resulting PCR yields in nM, as determined by qPCR, for 1 µg of E.coli processed through the SPRIworks HT method suite. Library elution volume was 20 µL, PCR input volume was 20 µL and was cycled 10 times.
