ProtoCOL 3 HDE features unique three-colour lighting for unrivalled illumination of all colony and zone types. The system’s high-resolution camera captures high-quality images, ensuring that you can generate precise, reproducible colony counts and inhibition zone measuring.

At the press of a button, you can automatically read plates up to 100mm in diameter, count colonies as small as 30µm, and measure zones with an accuracy of +/- 0.2mm.

Traceable

ProtoCOL 3 HDE is compatible with 1D barcode readers. Results can be automatically exported into Excel, PDF, or transferred to various LIMS. The device is fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant with audit trails and user access levels, making it suitable for any highly regulated microbiology laboratory.
